Hayley Moore Photography is a dream to work with, and creates the most stunning images! Hayley is a destination wedding and portrait photographer based in Indiana, and loves traveling! She’s extremely committed and focused on serving her couples in the best way that she can, and always wants to make sure that her couples are having a wonderful wedding experience!
Hayley has two golden retrievers, Maui and Juniper, and takes them everywhere with her, sharing photos of them along the way! Fun fact: They actually named them after their favorite vacations in Hawaii and Arizona!! She’s also a major Swiftie – aren’t we all! Another fun fact: She attended the Eras Tour with two of her past clients!! How fun is that!
When she’s not working, she loves binge watching romantic comedies and reading! Hayley was born and raised in Michigan, and the coast of Lake Michigan has her heart. She loves visiting the beach on weekends that she has free, and her life goal is to live in a beach house on its coast one day! Right before COVID, she actually did what she called “every big life event in one year”. She went full time with her business, got married, bought a house, graduated college, traveled to her dream destination spot in Hawaii, and got a dog – talk about a boss woman!
Hayley is full of passion for adventure, photographing love stories, and romance. She says that her photography is inspired by the fine art film style with creamy tones and vibrant colors, that showcases joyful couples and natural moments! She’s been featured in many publications, including Style Me Pretty, White Wren, and ChiThee Wed!

Hayley first got into wedding photography in college, but it wasn’t her career path plan when she was studying the arts. She originally wanted to be a graphic designer, but there was still a missing piece for her that she couldn’t quite place. She photographed her sister’s wedding and other family and friends weddings and started to build up her business! She began doing photography on the side, and very quickly realized how much she enjoyed shooting weddings!

When it comes to the wedding day itself, Hayley really enjoys the pre-ceremony events. She loves the dance parties in the bridal suite while doing hair and makeup, the big dress reveal moment, mothers’ reactions to everything – she adores it all! She also loves the first looks because it was one of her favorite moments of her own wedding day, and she loves getting to capture that for other couples!
Hayley knows and understands that the wedding planning process is incredibly stressful and like a full-time job, and she wants to be the light for her couples to make the wedding experience very memorable. She loves surprising her couples with little things, and really values the connection that they make throughout the process!

So many different things come together to make the wedding day so special, and Hayley loves it all. She’s enjoyed so many moments throughout all of the weddings that she’s been a part of, but there were a few moments that really made an impact on her! She mentioned when she saw one of her couples sharing their first dance under twinkling lights outside while the sun was setting – um, GORGEOUS! She also talked about when the reception open dance begins, and the guests form a circle, and seeing everyone jump in and make their dance move debut is something super fun to experience! One of her all-time favorites is seeing the bride walk down the aisle, and the different reactions that happen. Sometimes it gets to the point that even she starts crying, and then loses it even more when the groom starts crying, and it is just such a special moment shared between everyone!

At the end of it all, getting to be a part of the big day is what really matters to Hayley. She values the time that she spends with every single couple, and that they put their trust in her. She leaves us with her best piece of advice for all couples planning their wedding:
“Take mental pictures of every single moment from your wedding day. Don’t worry about the little things, like your dress getting a tad dirty, it will happen and it’s okay. If you’re debating it, SHARE A FIRST LOOK!”
